I'm finally in Ukraine.
It took us all two days to get here, but we made it. Along the way, we spent the night in London. Yeah. Awesome.
I'm learning new phrases in Ukrainian and Russian. Such as:
Moy Shopka - My hat
Kag dyila? - How are you?
It's much harder to pronounce than it looks.
So, I'm in the church in Kagarlyk, about to go to bed. Today, we went to an orphanage and spent some time with the kids. They sang for us and danced, and afterwards we all played ping pong. Micheal Steinle, one of our team members, was unbeatable. He threw down on whoever challenged him in ping pong. Altogether, today was pretty great.
Well, further updates will ensue, so I'll get back to you when I feel like it, or if the mood strikes me.
