This extra week of school before I leave for Ukraine is at pointless as choosing a Magicarp to swim you to shore when your're stranded in the ocean.I mean, it couldn't make any LESS sense. But alas, I am in the institution yet again, for another nonsensical eight hours of my life. I swear when someone asks me what my childhood was like when I'm older I'm just going to say "I had school". 'Nuff said, right? Right. You would also be correct in thinking that writing out this blog is my way to look like I'm doing work but not actually doing anything. Crazy stuff. And I'm having oh so much fun doing it.
Besides writing this, I'm also listening to my most recent band obsession, Gogol Bordello. Know why? 'Cause how many "Gypsy Punk" bands have you heard of? Also, their talented and Eugene Hutz posesses a mystical handlebar moustache that makes me happy. I think all those reasons are good reasons to listen to them.
I lost a button on my favorite jacket this morning. Well, I didn't lose it, but it fell off and I don't have any means of sewing it back on. It kinda made me day unhappy before I even got into class.
I'm leaving for Ukraine on Saturday. Happy face! I'm really excited. Gonna go see my friends that I met last year. These include Katya, Lyena, Sasha, Sasha (Tato), Nazar, Vadim, Jenya, and Petya. I love those crazy guys. They hung out with all of us, even though we're crazy Americans. It's gonna be intensely cold in Ukraine though. I'm a huge cold wimp. I'm not sure how I'm going to survive 10 days there. No clue whatsoever. I'll probably come back with purple, useless toes and ears. That would definitely be something to talk about.
I'll be posting till about Friday, I think. Then I'll be gone for 10 days! Guhhhh, I'm going to miss people here in Phoenix. And then when I get back, I'll miss all my friends in Ukraine. That and one of my best friends, Josie, will be moving to Kagarlyk, Ukraine, for three years. We're all going to miss her.
Well, when I get back, I promise to recap my trip and give you updates and such.
